USA – August 2025 Update
Sartory-Billard watches are made in France.
For pieces shipped directly from our workshop based in France, U.S. customers are required to pay a 15% import tariff (versus 39% on Swiss-made watches!). However, our U.S. retail partners already include these regulations in their pricing on Edition models, and we have reworked our prices to ensure there is no additional inflation for our American clients.
Customs Clearance, Signature & Security
When a watch is shipped directly from our French workshop, the customer is considered the importer of record. FedEx and DHL may request identification details (such as a government ID or Social Security number) in order to process customs clearance. This is a standard procedure required by Customs.
A signature is required upon delivery. All parcels are fully insured until handed over to the final recipient.
If you are unavailable, please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule your delivery.
