BESPOKE

All the SB05 watches are made to order and these elements can be refined for you: dials, numbers font, hands finishes, case finishes, strap.

As we talk about the watch you wish to own, I create renderings of your design until the style is the one you desire. To seal the project I ask you for a 8000€ non-refundable deposit. When your watch is in production, we will ask for the balance payment.

The delivery time is around 9 months.
Yearly production from 2024 : 50 SB05 per year.
The watch must be fully paid before shipping.

ORDERING PROCESS

The SB05’s hands are a testament to meticulous design, blending functionality with artistic precision. Crafted with a fixed spear shape, they feature ultra-thin bead-blasted bases that provide a refined matte texture, contrasting beautifully with their polished tips. The central spine incorporates a subtle fluted design, with gracefully concave sides that create a multi-dimensional aesthetic. A mirror-polished recess at the minute hand center adds a touch of sophistication, while the option for custom finishes—including heat-treated or painted variations—allows each watch to reflect its owner’s unique character.

Measuring 38.5 mm in diameter and 8.5 mm in thickness, the SB05 case represents a pinnacle of contemporary watchmaking design. Available in stainless steel, titanium, or tantalum, each material offers a distinct sensory experience. The case design is a masterful interplay of textures: polished, brushed, and micro-blasted finishes create a dynamic visual narrative. A recessed, concave bezel frames the dial with polished elegance, while stepped lugs—individually secured with screws—showcase the watch’s intricate construction through alternating surface treatments.

The dial ring frames the display with understated sophistication, featuring a nuanced mix of brushed and polished finishes. The Sartory Billard logo plate, with its beveled edges and satin finish, sits elegantly on the dial—a subtle yet significant detail that embodies the brand’s refined aesthetic and commitment to craftsmanship.

Powered by the manual-winding La Joux-Perret Caliber 7380 (dubbed SBM01), this ultra-thin movement is a technical marvel. Measuring just 30.00 mm in diameter and 2.90 mm in thickness, it operates at 3 Hz with an impressive 90-hour power reserve. Finished with a dark metallic grey NAC treatment, the movement reveals its artistry through circular satin-brushed bridges, polished beveled edges, and intricate snailed crown and ratchet wheels. The spade-shaped balance bridge and your personal engraving transform the movement into a visual narrative visible through the sapphire crystal case back.

Embodying the watch’s design philosophy, the crown features a unique triple finish—media-blasted, satin-brushed, and polished. Its ergonomic design ensures comfortable manual winding, while its meticulous detailing seamlessly integrates with the watch’s overall aesthetic.

As we collaborate on the design of your watch, I will provide you with information on the associated budget.

The average budget for a bespoke SB05 is 15.000€ and can go up to 30.000€+ depending on choices and finishes.

The price mentioned here does not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT is a consumption tax that varies by location. In the USA, it ranges from 0% to 7% based on the state, is 5% in the UAE, 0% in Qatar, 7% in Switzerland, 7% in Singapore, and 0% in Hong Kong. European countries typically have around a 20% VAT rate. For European customers, Sartory-Billard invoices will have VAT included. For customers in other countries, DHL, FedEx, and UPS will collect the applicable VAT before delivering the watch. The price includes delivery with transport insurance.
