Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.

  • Manufacturing defect / warranty claim: Sartory-Billard covers return shipping costs after confirmation of the issue.

  • Personal choice or change of mind: return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS with tracking.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

Orders delivered within the EU include VAT in the refund.

Orders outside the EU are refunded excluding any local taxes or import duties paid to customs, which remain non-refundable by Sartory-Billard.

Exceptions: bespoke or customized products are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.
