1. What is the production time for bespoke watches?

Approximately 5 months from design confirmation and receipt of the balance payment for the SB04-E, and around 8 months for the SB05.

2. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. What is your return policy?

• Timeframe: 14 days after receipt for non-personalised products.

• Conditions: the watch must be unworn, in original condition with packaging, stickers, and accessories.

• Bespoke watches: not eligible for cancellation or return (in line with consumer law regarding custom-made items).

4. What is the warranty?

A 2-year international warranty, excluding theft or loss, accidental damage, normal wear, or unauthorized intervention.

5. How do I place an order?

• For bespoke creations: a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value is required, with the balance due before shipping.

• For ready-to-ship watches: you can purchase them directly on their product page, or contact us via the dedicated form or by email.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, ApplePay, and bank wire transfer, all processed securely at checkout.
