Armand envisioned this dial as a microcosm of fall’s transformation, capturing the essence of the season in a sketch. His design features a leaf pattern that spirals inward, with deep reds at the edges gradually shifting to vibrant golds, symbolizing the fleeting beauty of early autumn.

To bring Armand’s vision to life, we collaborated closely with a renowned dial maker. Together, we developed a special process that meticulously translates his artistic concept into a stunning, tangible dial, perfectly capturing the natural gradient of autumn’s transformation.

3D Mold Creation: Based on Armand’s drawing and using advanced 3D modeling, we’ve designed a mold that captures the intricate details of each leaf.

Precision Embossing: The dial, merely 0,8 millimeter thick, undergoes a subtle embossing process. This creates a slight relief effect, providing the foundation for our three-dimensional illusion.

3D Paint Application: The magic lies in their technique of creating graphical shadows beneath each leaf. This interplay of physical embossing and strategic paint application produces a stunning 3D effect, giving depth to a dial that’s astonishingly thin.
The result is a dial that appears to have layers of fallen leaves, despite its remarkably slim profile. This innovative approach allows us to create a vivid, three-dimensional autumn scene within the constraints of a sleek, wearable timepiece
